The Government gives enormous 'lip service' to reducing our carbon footprint, but does very little about it.
To tackle fuel poverty and reduce energy consumption, we believe that energy saving products and materials should be charged a reduced VAT rate of 5 percent for any product that results in an improvement to the energy efficiency of our homes.
